To support Internal Audit Manager of Finance and Support Function in fulfilling annual audit work plan
To perform operational and financial audits on the Danone Aqua Group's supporting functions (Finance, Sourcing Supplier Development (SSD), Human Resources, Marketing, Capacity Building Project Services (CBPS), Treasury, etc)
To perform operational and financial audits on other CBU, including Danone Dairy Indonesia, Sari Husada and Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera, Nutricia Medical Nutrition; in case needed
To identify risks and propose improvement in the Group's supporting functions business processes
In coordination with internal Control Departement, to ensure sufficient internal controls / procedures in the Group's supporting functions business processes
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Good in English, both written or verbal
Have a good ability to analyze business process

Supply Chain Collaboration Manager
JakartaResponsibilities
1. Lead project team assigned to develop new transportation model of distributors (single point of sourcing/shuttle), all depots according to the predefined road map.
2. Identify and engage key stakeholders for transportation projects, design and implement collaboration package to ensure stakeholders are at all time aligned.
3. Ensure attainment of project KPIs and availability of relevant resources from relevant parties (warehouse, transport scheduling, driver management, logistics at plants).
4. Lead regular project review meetings at distributor operation level or with steering committee members. Alert project steering committee and N+1 for issues/risks to anticipate or overcome.
5. Proactively provide supports to overcome issues faced by team members/stake holders regarding transportation.
6. Engage distributor and S&D team on preparation of all required resources to implement VMI/TMS tool at distributor depots.
7. Identify areas where alteration/adjustment of VMI / TMS tools is needed relevant to distributor operation constraints along with recommend potential solutions to ensure implementation is completed in time at quality expected.
8. Ensure attainment of implementation KPIs, alert Steering Committee and impacted stakeholders on issues as well as to recommend potential solutions.

Water Resources Operational Manager

Manage the quantity, quality of water resources and the utilities of the spring to ensure the high quality of raw water to be supplied to the production lines.
Manage the qualitative and quantitative monitored data, confirm or redefine the hydrodynamic parameters specification, monitor the annual capacity, and analysis the qualitative parameter monitoring programs.
Assist the quality and manufacturing teams to define the sanitation program of the collecting devices (bore-holes, pump, pipes, tanks, etc).
Audit the site water management and equipment.
Defined recommendation for water resources protection on the spring water area.
