IT Operational Service Delivery Representative

Responsibilities
Work together with IT Engineer Telecom & Infrastructure to manage IT Network Infrastructure
Maintain standard the current IT Data Center Facilities
Support, manage and implement infrastructure refresh cycles
Develop positive business relationships with suppliers and users and comply with all company policy
Establish and support a positive work environment based mutual respect, team work
Maintain 24x7 IT facilities available to address critical business IT
Implement new or make modifications to existing systems when necessary
Work closely with regional and central support groups as appropriate to insure service levels of performance and availability are maintained
Verify and conduct appropriate testing, pre-prod and roll back procedures exists and are fully understood
Provide Level 2 IT Operations support
Document and report network problems for future reference
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in IT
2-5 years experience in the same position.
In-depth knowledge of Network Infrastructure and PC Support
In-depth knowledge of IT support requirements
In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructures area
In-depth knowledge of Security Standard and regulatory compliance requirements
Exposure to General IT Application
Exposure to Infrastructure and Network
2+ years’ experience supporting users; PCs; Network and Infrastructure
Experience working on projects
