Assisting License Manager in researching any updates related to Laws and Regulations either national or local
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in law firm or as house counsel in manufacturing company
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Good command in English
Having good knowledge in company law or investment law, good communication and negotiation skill
Experience in Intellectual PRoperty and Company License are preferable
Legal Manager

Responsible for matters related to company's business license and/or permits such applying license and permits, solving problem with regards to lecense and permits, building network with related institutions and community related to license and permit process and monitoring the validation of license and/or permits and also manage and/or monitor company'slicense consultant or agency
Responsible for providing updates related laws and Regulations either national or local which could influence company's business license and permits
Responsible for handling the company's project such as land purchase process and any legal issues
Responsible for making budget for licenses and permit activities
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

Internal Audit Supervisor
Danone AQUAResponsibilities
To support Internal Audit Manager of Finance and Support Function in fulfilling annual audit work plan
To perform operational and financial audits on the Danone Aqua Group's supporting functions (Finance, Sourcing Supplier Development (SSD), Human Resources, Marketing, Capacity Building Project Services (CBPS), Treasury, etc)
To perform operational and financial audits on other CBU, including Danone Dairy Indonesia, Sari Husada and Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera, Nutricia Medical Nutrition; in case needed
To identify risks and propose improvement in the Group's supporting functions business processes
In coordination with internal Control Departement, to ensure sufficient internal controls / procedures in the Group's supporting functions business processes
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Good in English, both written or verbal
Have a good ability to analyze business process
