Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the job include:
-Make sure every standard, qualit and procedures of working meet the requirement.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Set a standard for behavior and be a safety role model.
• Provide safety oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Incorporate safety discussions into lab group meetings for continuous improvement of best safety practices.
• Supervise hourly and salaried staff so that all the samples can be tested without fail.
• Schedule laboratory technicians to ensure coverage to meet business needs while managing overtime in an effectively manner.
• Improve laboratory systems and performance by engaging appropriate technical resources to ensure the smooth and continued operation of the laboratory.
• Approve work requests and coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure needed work is completed in a timely manner.
• Provide strong leadership and direction in delivering the quality policy and maintaining and improving our quality systems.
• Ensure that the Quality activities have adequate resources and support to maintain our quality certifications, achieve our quality goals and continually improve our quality system performance.
• Direct the chemists and Quality Assurance coordinator as needed to maintain the laboratory s SQC process.
• Function as back-up when the Quality Coordinator or Head of Division is unavailable.
• Interface with Customers whenever requirements are not met due to failure in meeting the quality.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good management skills, able to analyze various chemicals, proficient in using microsoft office and internet, Responsible.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.
