Job Description
Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 24 months training program in the bank where they will be equipped with all the required skills to become a successful Relationship Manager. Upon training program successful candidates will be responsible in analyze the clients requirements and formulate innovative financial solutions to meet their strategic goals as well as structure their credit requirements to ensure good credit quality
Requirements
• Posses passion to serve & grow SME Business
• Previous experience in sales would be an advantage & highly recognized
• Possess Bachelor degree from reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Possess maximum 2 years working experience
• Fluent in English, both verbal & written
• Not more than 27 years old by the end of the year
• A high achiever, a self starter, and result oriented
• Easygoing, with pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
