Conduct agency recruitment process for both agents and leaders. Focus in leading recruitment effort, i.e. develop policy, procedures, tools and innovative program to achieve manpower requirement. Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment program and events. Involved in Leaders development program and assist leaders to prepare their recruitment strategy.
Requirements
• 30 - 45 years old, preferably male
• Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
• High school / SMA graduate with min 3 years experience in mass recruitment
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Agency of Life Insurance industry. Particularly has experience as recruiter or leader
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good networking skills
• High level of energy
