Job Description
Prepare credit agreement referring to approved credit memo
Check supporting documents for credit agreement
Liaise with Relationship Manager to prepare agreements
Prepare roya letter, settlement letter and other settlement related documentation
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in business law or civil law.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable on legal matters especially in banking industry
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
