ODP is a specialized fast track program offering rapid career advancement for ambitious and talented graduates. We will prepare you with 12 months training. After you finish the training, you will be assigned as an Assistant Manager in Retail/Business Banking.
You will be responsible to foster beneficial relationship between BII and its most important customers and provide recommendation for them to reach their objectives.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from any discipline with min. GPA. 2,75;
Maximum age is 26 years old for Bachelor Degree or maximum 29 years old for Master Degree;
Posses good marketing, strong business and financial analytics skill;
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill;
Willing to be placed at any BII branches in Indonesia.
