Service Representative (English Based)

The role of Service Representative is to provide an exemplary service to foreign / multinational customers. Help customers, direct them to further sources of information, other services of interest and to answer questions, offer general advice and make sure the customer has a positive experience with the bank. If you have desire to serve customer, implementing solutions to challenging problems, along with improve customer satisfaction, we have the opportunity you’re looking for!
The requirements are:
Diploma/ Bachelor degree from overseas or local university with minimun GPA of 3.25
Computer literate (Microsoft office) and very fluent in Enlish (Speaking, reading, writing)
Experience in serving/dealing with expatriate customer or working in companies where English is the main communication language used.
Open to flexible working hours, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
