Job Description

Create and monitor ePR (+ make sure PO created by Purchasing)
Monitor & compile settlement of PO and Payment for Marketing Activities
Assist Head of Marketing on day to day operational work including scheduling appointments and meeting times, travel arrangements, reminder of tasks deadline, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, i.e. venue, equipment, food and drinks.

Rural hygiene is an important and growing segment in Indonesia with current biggest potential come from rodenticide for Rice Field and Oil Palm Plantation.

Job Descriptions

Hold accountability for the team and P&L of Rural hygiene of Rice Field & Oil Palm Plantation segments
Develop segment competitive strategy, go-to-market strategy and market entry / exit strategy
Build up product portfolio in responsible segments
Manage distributors / customers / alliance parnters
Be responsible for segment annual budget, daily OPEX monitoring and sales forecast, etc.

Job Description

Plan and organize administration at the planning phase for the year execution.

Job Description

Accountable for the implementation of the event strategy include arranging, contacting / managing service providers eg; Event Organizers, Hotels, Event venues, Local Institutions/Medical Organizations/Committees, Health Care Professional
Develop strong relationships & strong engagement with all parties
Accountable for coordinating the events together with WH-Marketing Event Coordinator to ensure the quality and implementation processes are working properly to drive productivity and safeguard compliance

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan (preventive maintenance), perbaikan (repair) dan pemasangan (installation) dari mesin-mesin atau peralatan yang ada di dalam pabrik PT Bayer Indonesia sesuai dengan tata cara pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan pemasangan yang baik dan sesuai dengan petunjuk atasan.

Uraian Jabatan

Melaksanaan semua program pemeliharaan mesin dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab untuk semua mesin-mesin di bagian pengolahan dan pengemasan
Melaksanaan perbaikan pada mesin-mesin yang dapat dilaksanakan di dalam bengkel teknik (workshop). Dalam hal suatu pekerjaan perbaikan yang hanya dapat dilakukan diluar bengkel teknik, maka harus segera melaporkannya kepada atasan untuk pelaksanaannya.

Job Description

Ensure all work activities performed at site are done in a safe manner according to safety policies and regulations defined
Monitor and maintain the daily safety activities especially ones related with operations and occupational safety in all areas of site (work permit, JSAs, safety patrol & inspection, security, reports, etc)
