Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): microsoft office, SAP.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description :

Create a report of product availability & make a plan for fulfillment product
Make a schedule to request the product for fulfillment of product
Ensure the product is available based on the schedule
Ensure the product is available in accordance with the minimum amount of inventory
Check the forecast for all product from Sales & Marketing Department
Perform other relevant jobs in accordance with the instructions of superiors/ management
Handle Purchase Order from Customer by fax, email or phone
Record and input sales order to system ( SAP )
Report Sales Order
Create purchase request for products out of stock.
