Retail Banking And Insurance Business Analytics

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with Retail Banking and Insurance business in providing analytic and recommendation to help achieve revenue target and optimize business result
Employ analytical methods and emerging technologies to leverage data to uncover insights on customer behavior and its impact to product P&L as well as potential revenue generation
Understand the business strategy and its dynamic; validate, strategize and review programs and campaigns to ensure success translated to portfolio and profitability impact
Conduct branch visit providing performance review and branch analytics on product, expense and productivity
Create breakthroughs for future franchise growth by providing analysis & data driven strategy:
Customer Centric Analytics on acquisition, servicing, retention to discover untapped potential in the business and provide cross-sell recommendations
Sales Analytics on optimization, capacity maximization and productivity efficiency.
Internal P&L and broader leverage of business intelligence in business
Historical and Forecast Analytics using Advanced Predictive Modeling and Quantitative Sciences

Internship Program - Retail Banking Marcomm

Responsibilities:
Branch Communication Strategy;
To support managing new plan of collateral mapping & branding at all physical touch points, including:
Branches
ATM
Branch Communication Support :
Support Project leader of Branch communication strategy in daily activities.
Consolidate all branches marketing collateral review.
Provide improved branch collateral mapping based on customer journey and branch review.
Support deployment of branch collateral update by monthly.
Align distribution content of branch collateral with business’ direction on monthly basis, including billboard traffic (message updates)
Liaise with Customer insight and Customer Experience to seek opportunity for retail approach
Propose Pilot project to implement retail branch approach for branches that located near malls
Together with Agency, working on strategic, process and creative improvement for branch communications
Review existing Citibank ATM locations and assign appropriate collateral. accordingly – based on traffic, visibility of materials & branding placed.
Develop and improve process for distribution, tracking, monitoring, execution for an effective process.
Support BAU activities such as ; Ensuring collateral materials (hardware) at branch & ATMs are in good shape – replace broken ones etc, regular meeting with RB Segment team to review and drive branch communication.
Support deployment of office branding with supplier and internal team, if any.
Requirements:
-Background of education : Marketing/Communications/Management/Architecture/Interior Design
Proficient in English
-Computer Literate (MS Office: MS words, Powerpoint, Excel)
Good presentation skill
-Drive for results, attention to details and high initiative.
