Customer Service (CS)

Responsibilities:
-Serve customers
-Handling complain
-Filing document
-Data entry
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), any field with GPA min. 2.75.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably experienced as Customer Service (CS) at least for 1 year at banking industry.
-Computer literate (Min. MS Office) and good English communication skill.
-Has a knowledge about syariah banking will be highly appreciated.
-Good appearance with minimum height is 160cm for female and 170cm for male.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill, able to work in a tight schedule.
-Discipline and high motivation.
-Willing to be located around Jabotabek Area.
-Has no family relation with our Employee and BoD.
Teller
