Inventory Controller Manager
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Kemayoran
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities and budget for company (retail shop)
Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and efficient working capital
Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
Manage and conduct periodical stock opname and complete the stock opname process timely and accurately (using SAP and BPOS system) and control inventory accuracy/monitoring checks
Provide routine management information on inventory performance and related analysis.
Minimize overstocks and highlight/propose removal of obsolete / redundant stocks together with relevant Department.
Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.\
Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to support Sales and the Company's goals
Review existing inventory management policies and procedures, improve / develop better ones and communicate to other related Departments
Develop key performance indicators ("KPIs") to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations
Direct and manage Corporate Governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to Inventory Management operations
Requirements:
Max. 45 years old
Candidate must posses a solid experience at least 7 years’ relevant working experience; with at least 3 years experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisory level. Preferably from Retail, Distributor or Logistic Industries.
Candidate must have a good understanding / experience of MRP and inventory control / management systems and ERP, preferably has SAP experience (MM module)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply, Age (Max) 30 years old
Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably from Palm oil Industry.
Having experience in making application program for payroll / logistics / personnel,
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Hands on experience in Microsoft .NET programming (VB .NET, ASP .NET)
