Customer Analyst (NPS Coordinator)

Customer Analyst Coordinator (Customer Promoter Coordinator) will be responsible to assure close loop process of customer feedback through NPS. The incumbent will be running the implementation of NPS survey and lead implementation of project in order to provide excellent customer loyalty via NPS discipline to Holcim products, services and brands.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
Prior experience related with Customer behavior, Project Management or auditing is preffered but welcome for any experience background.
Business process understanding and proven experience for System enhancement.
Passion for business process improvement
Proficient with microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
Excellent analysis, logical thinking skill, and strong customer orientation minded.
System Management Executive for Marketing & Sales
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Scope of works:
Implement Marketing & Sales Management System by fostering the usage of available tools, in order to increase Directorate’s effectiveness & efficiency :
Manage M&S System (SAP, Qlickview, Microsoft Office, STARS, SFCD, etc.)
Optimize and/or enhance the content of each Marketing &Sales System and also ensuring the system to support the business process
Encourage the usage and impact of M&S System to business result, especially cross department user
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)
Experience :
Preferably experienced as IT business analyst
Three years working experiences.
Experienced in a field related to Marketing & Sales System & Process
Experienced in IT System (SAP, Qlickview,STARS, SFCD) or MIS is an advantage
Computer literacy :
MS Office, Lotus Notes
Language :
Good command in English both oral & written is a must
Other qualification / skills :
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
Excellent in analytical skill Detail & Solution oriented person
Have a high endurance & perseverance

To develop and profitably manage alternative fuel and raw material replacement within HIL by providing economic solutions for waste generators and profitable opportunities for the use of AFR in cement kilns
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor degree in Technical background (Chemical Engineering will be preferable)
Experience :
3 years’ experience in dealing effectively with people at a any level within an organisation
Experience with dealing with customers and government agencies
Experience in developing and managing contracts
Experience in handle capex project
Experience in waste management / waste handling (preference)
Computer literacy :Computer literacy Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes
Language : Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
Other qualification / skills :
Industry Technical Knowledge
Good relationship
Working knowledge of environmental and hazardous substances legislation
Ability To work with External and Internal Individuals at all levels
Negotiation and Presentation Skills
