You will:
Analyze and improve payroll system
Execute end to end process of payroll
Maintain payroll system and leave system.
Update and maintain payroll records.
Maintain overtime reports.
Make required reports, eg. internal and PPh 21 reports.
Handle payroll administration
Make improvement in payroll system
Involved in Human Resource related projects and tasks
Requirements:
University degree in Economy, Statistic, Business Administration, Legal, or equivalent
High integrity, good attitude, hardworking and team player
1 – 2 year (s) working experience in related fields
Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
Excellent skill in Microsoft Office is compulsory, especially in Ms. Excel
Having experience in HRIS will be advantage
Willing to be placed in Bogor / Serpong
Responsibilities:
Consolidate subsidiaries financial reports for big group company
Prepare financial report to BAPEPAM
Review and analyze subsidiaries financial reports and follow up with necessary action
Prepare financial highlight and presentation material for management review
Requirements:
Male / Female with maximum age 28 years old
Bachelor degree from Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00
Having 2 years working experience in Accounting Consolidation is required
