We need high qualified professional to join our team as:
AR Account Executive
(A) JOB PURPOSE
To assist Accountant & Project Finance Manager in Accounts Receivable matters such as Invoice issuing and chase payment from customer.
(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To prepare and speed up daily invoice and faktur pajak issued with high accuracy and completeness
To upload invoices into customer website system regularly
To actively chase collection from customer
Input Journal into Microsoft AX system
To assist Accountant provide monthly AR Report, Statement of Accounts and explanation
Daily update of AR with receipts and monitoring of outstanding balances.
Monitor for past due invoices, long outstanding, project unbilled and advise superior for any issues arise
Coordinating and monitoring with related department for Open PO, Sales order processing and Open Sales Order.
Must have good attitude, can work as a team, and have attention to details.
Maintain good working relationships between Sales Admint, Project Control and Customers.
(C) GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification
Single/Married, Male/Female
Degree in Accounting or equivalent with min. GPA 2.75
Having good interpersonal and communication skill
Good English proficiency
Hard worker and willing to work in long working hours
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, Word and Power Point
Familiar with ERP system, particularly the Microsoft AX, would be an advantage
Experience
JakartaMin 3 years in AR Accounting area
Having experienced in telecommunication industy would be an advantage
