TRAINING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Requirements :
Male / Female with age max. 35 years.
Candidate must possess Master Degree from reputable university
Have at least 4 years experience in handling and delivering training activities.
Good knowledge in conducting TNA and training evaluation.
Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
Excellent communication skills, energetic, independent and able to work under pressure.
Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
Identifying training and development needs within an organization
Designing and developing training and development program based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
Developing effective induction program
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
Evaluating training and development program.
AREA DEVELOPER
Requirements :
MALE, maximum 30 years old.
Candidate must possess Master Degree (all major), from reputable university with GPA. 3.00
Fluent in English both oral and written with TOEFL Score min. 550
Having a driving license (A)
Good in communication skill and pleasant personality
Team player, independent, and able to work under pressure
Willing to travel
ORACLE DATA BASE ADMINISTRATOR (ODBA)
Requirements :
Male, maximum 30 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) of Information Technology from reputable university
Good knowledge and able to operate basic function of ORACLE Database, Sys-admin ORACLE E-business Suite as well as operate its clone and Database
Able to operate OS-IBM AIX, Linux and MS Windows server 2003/2008
Having knowledge and able to operate Clustering and Server Virtualization concept
Good knowledge of Storage such as SAN and NAS
Good knowledge of Backup/Restore with multi tools such as HP Data Protector and ORACLE
Good knowledge of ORACLE E-Business Suite modules ( GL/AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory & MRP )
Having knowledge in LAN and WAN
Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Fast learner and able to work in team
Willingly to be relocated in our plant / factory
