Risk Management Junior Officer (1306 - 042)

Jakarta Raya

Handling daily Authorization & Risk task, such as :

1. Card blocking
2. Override transaction
3. Release manual transaction

Monitoring and conducting Fraud checking activity
Backup call center on night shift

Male, max 30 years old
Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field
Have minimum 3 years of working experience in authorization or credit card center
Mastering credit card transaction authorization & Early Detection System Monitoring
Risk and customer oriented
Strong analytical and strong sense of risk
Excellent communication in english ( both written and spoken)
Willing to work in shift. ( Must)
Able to work as individual or team
Advance in excell would be an advantage

HR Training & Development Senior Officer (Code: 1306-041)

Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta

Analyze training needs for all key positions. Develop annual in-house training plan. Prepare, conduct and evaluate employee in-house training and other staff's development program. Create job description.

Male or Female, age between 24 - 30 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent major from reputable university, with min. GPA 3,00.
Experience in similar position min. 2 years.
Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix.
Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor.
Familiar with other HR Function both in theory and practice.
Good command in English and proficient in MS Office.

Judgment application from customers based on data in system and phone verification.

Bachelor's Degree (any major), with GPA min. 2,75
Min. 2 years experience as Credit Analyst or Credit Asessor in Banking (preferably from Credit Card section) or Multifinance company
Wide knowledge about Credit Processing and Credit Management
Knowledge about Risk Management will be advantage
Good command in English and MS Office
Strong analytical skills and good decision making
Able to join immediately
