Solusi Rumah Process & Infrastructure

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in SR CPM HIL. Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for SR in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.
Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.
Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance
Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.
Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.
Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage
Computer literate
Good command of spoken and written English
Be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
Take on responsibilities ad challenges
Have the ability to and make decision with minimum supervision
Good communication skill

Safety Supervisor

The incumbent has responsibility to facilitate, drive and assist all implementation aspects of approved OH&S Management System (Holcim OH&S Pyramid , OHSAS 18001 and Holcim Fatality Prevention Elements) in efficient and effective manners, which based on approved risk management framework for heavy construction activities

Requirements:
Education :

Min. Diploma or Degree in any Dicipline

Experience :
One Year in current postion
2 years working in cement manufacturing operations.
3 years working in OH&S operations at EPC, manufacturers or oil and gas companies

Computer literacy :MS Office

Language :
Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills :
Good communication and strong inter-personnel skills. Negotiation and influencing skills to frame persuasive argument (to lobby business stakeholders)
Ability to manage & lead independently

Collection Officer

Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Narogong

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

Assure timely closure of Geocycle customers payments due. Assuring accuracy of all invoice and documentation is as per our own and customer requirements
Assure all customers PPh23 (withholding tax) documentation is being pick up in a timely manner
Maintain A/R clear payment to HIL Accounting Team
Maintain Aging of Geocycle A/R
Support & Contribute to invoicing delivery process for customers
Highlight in a timely manner when payment issues arise for timely closure

Requirements:
Education:

Senior High Sch Diploma / Bachelor degree from a reputable University, Majoring in Business & Management / Finance/ Accountancy

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in current position
Minimum 3 years experience in the Financial institution, or Accounting
Have experience in Credit Management and Contract Management
Have experience in Collection activity / Customer Contact

Computer literacy :

Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes

Area Sales Coordinator Jawa Tengah

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

To perform, develop and maintain the sales volume, penetration and distribution in the assigned marketing area for the retail market including:

Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accurate, efficient and appropriate data to support Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales target for the customer segment.
Managing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers (conventional and Solusi Rumah)
Maintaining and expanding sales in his area (against target), including:

provide support for the related Regional Sales Manager
provide support for and direction to Sales Officer and Business Advisor
develop sales activities to support volume and availability to the channel

Requirements:
Minimum graduate in any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering, Architecture and Management
Have certificate in quality management or minimum understand on the quality management.
Minimum 5 year experience in sales and preferably 2 years in similar products
Experience in the retail sales industry would be an advantage
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user
Good command in English both oral & written
Having good interpersonal skill, communication skill,presentation & report writing skill
