Project Construction Superintendent

Project Construction will lead the ME Project & Quarry construction project initiation in the field. The incumbent will be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project budgeting, and control, while providing technical direction and
ensuring compliance with quality standards. The incumbent will also be responsible to communicate with internal and external part of project

Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects

Computer literacy :
Project Management Software

Language :
Excellent in English and Bahasa

Other qualification / skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of Project Management and its application
Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skill

Head of Project Support

Jakarta Raya - Head Office

Coordinate, prepare, and control the activation of business expansion, improvement, and construction project, so all activities can be completed according Budget and Timeline
Planand provide administrative service and support,as well as document controller for units involved in the project (including legalandsafety regulationand property) in order to ensure the project runs well according to plan and achieve maximal benefit

Bachelor degree in Engineering

Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Projects / Consultant Design

Computer literacy :
Autocad, Microsoft Project

Language :
Excellent in English and Bahasa

Other qualification / skills :
Experience in Designing and Industrial Building
Excellent Capex and project management skill
Preferably have experience in design consultant office
Independent and deliver result
Procedure, policy and permit knowledge
Structural Engineer is an advantage
Preferably have experience in some operational position in Plant
Good communicator and coordinator

Solusi Rumah Process & Infrastructure

Scope of works:
Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in Solusi Rumah Concrete Precast Manufacturer (CPM HIL). Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for Solusi Rumah in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.
Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.
Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance
Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.
Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.
Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage
Computer literate
Good command of spoken and written English
Be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
Take on responsibilities ad challenges
Have the ability to and make decision with minimum supervision
Good communication skill
Customer focus oriented
Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationship to facilitate achievement of work goals
Self-motivated to work independently but excellent ability to work in team
