Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Tanggung Jawab
Urusan Rumah Tangga :
Mendata kebutuhan gperasional dan inventaris kantor Mengawasi dan mendata penggunaan fasilitas umum dikantor (mobil, telepon, listrik dan air)
Mengawasi pekerjaan office boy/girl, technician, driver, messenger dan security
Mengkoordinasi perawatan fasilitas umum jika ada kerusakan dan melakukan
service rutin dengan tujuan agar kegiatan operasional sehari-hari gedung dapat berjalan dengan baik
Membuat laporan bulanan
Hubungan Eksternal :
Mengurus ijin-ljin yang diperlukan ke instansi terkait
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak-pihak eksternal terkait
Koordinasi dengan pihak Security
Koordinasi operasional pengamanan dengan Chief Security
Bersedia ditempatkan di Gadok, Ciawi Bogor
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Project Manager
Jakarta RayaRequirements:
Male, age maximum 45 years old
Minimum S1 ( Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering / Architecture )
Having min. 8 years of experiences as Project Manager especially in land reclamation
Computer Literate in using Ms. Office and Ms. Project
Good interpersonal and good communication skills
Must be an honest and high loyalty person
Must be a good leader, able to work independently and in a teamwork environment and able to give informative reports
Target oriented and able to work under pressure
Willing to be placed at all project in Indonesia
