Organization Development Officer

Manage programs related with implementation of working culture
Manage the effectiveness and eficiency of organization structure changes
Make sure the organization design development is delivered effectively, efficient and align with company strategy
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S2) Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in Human Capital Division especially in Organization Development, preferably from banking industry.
Have a wide knowledge about Human Capital Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, or Performance Management System and Syariah Banking.
High initiative and good analytical thinking.
Able to work in a team as well as individually.

Corporate Banking Product & Policy Officer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) any field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Corporate Banking.
Have a brief Syariah banking knowledge will be highly appreciated.
