HR Manager
Requirements
Male / Female
Age between 28 - 40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experiences of Human resources. Preferable from Developer or Property Company
Have knowledge and experience in all HR aspects i.e.: recruitment, job evaluation, payroll, compensation benefit, having experiences in developing and improving HR System
Good understanding in Industrial relations and implementation
Have strong leadership skill & able to manage the team
Hard worker, dynamic, creative and highly motivated
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding in English, both oral and written
Marketing Manager (Property)
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible in setting up of new commercial division as well as setting up commercial division target, handling sales & marketing for office space, creating business plan & strategy, recruiting team member, handling business presentation to the landlord.

Minimum of age 35 years old
Have minimum 4 years experiences in Commercial division (Property & Real estate)
Have experiences in Commercial & Industrial sales, leasing, and management
Have experiences in creating new division
Have a strong database and good in networking
Have strong leadership skill & able to manage the team
Good Communication skill, presentation, negotiating and selling
Good command in English both written and spoken
Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Male/ Female
Age between 30 – 45 years old
Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
Experiences in marketing of fertilizer or chemical industry
Good network and connection in palm oil, rubber, forestry plantation Industry
Good ability in creating and developing marketing planning, budgeting, reporting, etc
Good command in English, both written and spoken
Self motivated, independent, and able to do multitasking
Willing to travel
