Supervisor - Payable Operation
Responsibilities
• Control all account payable, freight invoice input, and invoices allocation for subordinate to ensure invoices are accurately inputted in the system and on time as per SLA
• Supervise and develop subordinate performance to enhance accuracy and efficiency of subordinate work flow
• Monitor register invoice in system to ensure accuracy of invoices filling
• Coordinate with user and vendor to solve account payable problems
• Prepare financial closing checklist to complete account payable financial audit requirement
• Coordinate with related parties to ensure operational issues and problems arising are solved within appropriate time frame
• Assist managers to make business processes separately internal or external support to work more efficiently and effectively
Requirements
• Minimal S1 university graduate from accounting or management
• Minimal 4 years experience
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, e-mail)
• SAP accounting
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate Leadership
• Interpersonal skill, posses good communication
• Good analytical thinking
• Integrity
