MIS Branch Reporting Lead
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain reports and analysis such as incentives, interest models, and sales performance
Ensuring sales incentive schemes and promotions are inline with business planning and forecasting
Calculate and analyze business and branch profitability
Support management on evaluating business and staff performance
Promote efficient end-to-end processes using business process reengineering and automation
Work with other units to ensure data integrity and report consistency
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Finance or Accounting;
Minimum 2 years experience in Finance area
Having understanding of financial modeling skills (ex. Implying excellent skills)
Solid knowledge of financial /banking products, system and processes
Strong Database Management System (DBSM) and computer skills
Understanding of financial modeling
Excellent communication skill, Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to manage task effectively
