Management Development Program (MDP)
Job Description
5 months training in Management Development Program and after pass the MDP, all participants who pass the program will have 1.5 year compulsory work at Branch Offices or in Head Office. During and after this period all participants have to do the Bank Marketing job for funding or lending product.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Marketing, Listening, Negotiation.
Preferred skill(s): Communication, Teamwork..
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
