To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives

Minimum bachelor degree preferably in civil engineer or architecture discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
Good command of written & spoken English
Good skill in communication and in influencing others
Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
Good negotiation and presentation skill

Senior Key Account for Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG)


Scope of works:
Purpose of this job is to increase revenue, to continue volume development, and to ensure market information transfer during selling oil well cement as well as to maintain existing mortar customers, penetrate new mortar customers and develop new service/product fit for application for customers as an added value.

As Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG) Sr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to :

To prepare in coordination with the Transformational Sales Manager the annual operating budget for his/her area/country of responsibility
To assure and control sales plan; review deviations within planned performance of his/her area/country and to initiate corrective actions
To develop the present and future markets and the prices for GOG and Mortar segmen
To lead negotiations with customers and issue quotations.
To handle and negotiate with Distributors in order to achieve Target
To create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
To handle costumer complaints and to settle product quality issues
To organize shipment schemes with the use of various transport means and warehouses; organize all export issues related to oil well cement
To coordinate with supporting function for product availability, product quality and on time delivery.
To assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
To provide regular report of performance, development and activities in his/her area/country of responsibility


Bachelor degree engineering
Experience in sales and/or application consulting in Oil and Gas and mortar industry
Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint) Lotus Notes, Internet
Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)

Waterway Team Leader 


Scope of works:

Manage and ensure all inter island and export activities (cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well to avoid complaint from community and customers
Manage inter island / export documentation / the work letter of instruction ( EMKL, Shipping Instruction to Agent, Stevedore, Performa Invoice, Surveyor) to get dispatch and avoid demurrage / dead freight by manage transportation of truck, cargo readiness (comply with customers requirement), loading at plant, unloading at port, reconciliation and equipment maintenance (steel box, big bucket).
Manage all operation receiving container by pack House from the shipping line through Transporter, then container used by Transporter, and finally transfer from Transporter to Shipping line, from there to inter island customers.
Arrange daily planning ship out, Reach Stacker Management, Container Management Empty – Full container readiness prior delivery to inter island customers


Education :Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable

Minimum four (4) years experiences in Logistic area.

Good command in English for both oral & written

Computer Literacy
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes & Goggle Map / Earth

Qualification :

Good understanding on shipping operation and documentation ,
Good understanding about dispatching process from loading point (plant) until delivery to the port (vessel)
Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, dispatch process
Good communication, interpersonal, leadership,and negotiation skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
